Neal Earle joined Hadaway Consulting and Engineering in 2013 as a drilling engineer. He holds a B.S. degree from West Texas A&M University in Mechanical Engineering (2006). Neal became a partner in HC&E in 2015, and he is currently working to become a licensed Professional Engineer.

 

Prior to joining the Hadaway group, Neal worked for BJ Services / Baker Hughes pumping services divisions as an Associate Engineer, Field Engineer, and District Technical Supervisor. He has extensive training in Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics (acid and fracture stimulation design and Quality Control as well as primary and remedial cementing design and laboratory testing), Mechanical Rock Properties (Open-Hole and Cased-Hole log interpretation and frac modeling) and has attended schools for Horizontal Extended Reach Drilling, Drilling Fluids and geo-steering, all of which he uses regularly for HC&E clients.
