Jonathan Frederick is the President and Managing Partner of Hadaway Consulting and Engineering, a leading oilfield engineering and services firm specializing in drilling, completions, disposals, workovers, production and regulatory. With over 20 years of industry experience, he brings deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a client-first mindset to the forefront of the company's operations.

Since becoming a partner at Hadaway in 2011, Jonathan has been instrumental in driving growth, expanding the company's service offerings, and fostering a culture of innovation and integrity. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully delivered complex engineering solutions across North America, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Prior to Hadaway, Jonathan held engineering supervisory roles at Schlumberger, where he led major projects in horizontal drilling and stuck pipe prevention and recovery. He is a Texas licensed Professional Engineer and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
